I’ve been doing cardio everyday to help get rid of some extra fat on my stomach. I’m going to wait for about a month until I lose the fat on my stomach before I work out on my core/abs muscles. But, I want to start working on my arm muscles in the meantime. How often should I work on my arm muscles per week? Please give me an example like: Monday- Arms, Tuesday- Rest, Wednesday- Arms, etc.
