Since these exercises are high intensity, they will require more effort from you.

During these exercises make sure you also provide rest periods in between, like minutes in between actual exercises and days in between sessions.

After workouts and stressful days, it is vital that you take adequate rest and sleep. This will give the body more time to repair itself. Make sure you are able to follow the recommended 6 to 8 hours of sleep in a day.

If you are not able to get adequate sleep, all your efforts will not be significantly paid off.
